A Very Low-Calorie Ketogenic Diet (VLCKD) is a modified keto diet where the total calorie intake per day would be around 800Kcal. The carbohydrates are under 30g a day. The fats are kept at 10g a day and the protein requirements of the body is met at a recommended rate of 1g/kg as per the body weight.
